Please Simplify Creating Busses.

There are multiple ways to go about it really. If you use Shift+Alt then master/parent send gets disabled. If you go the right-click route from all your selected tracks to a destination, you can just Alt+click the I/O button of any of your selected tracks to disable master/parent send on them all... Ctrl+Shift doesn't disable master/parent send.
