Immobilizer led to block all my car doors, and now?

Near the handle of the tailgate (rear hatch) there is a manual lock you can use the key to get in the boot. Look where the number plate lights are and you should be able to see it easily. From there you can either remove the battery to charge in the house, or climb through the car to release the bonnet where you can attach jump leads to the area behind the air filter covered by plastic with a big + sign on. Use the engine mount near the coolant expansion bottle as the negative connection.

Hello and thanks for your message Unfortunately cant see any manual lock, mine is as V70 mk2 (2002) and only lock is on the driver door :( Last chance is to pull up car and look for alternator or starter engine, where to jump with a backup battery Cheers fella

Optima, If the V70 tailgate is anything like the S60, there should be a cover to the lock next to the numberplate lights. Graeme

This is the access point I am talking about. See: Unlocking the trunk lid with the master key. This applies to the S60, I am assuming (maybe wrongly) that a similar lock exists for the V70. Hope this helps.
